A week or so ago I asked you guys for some feedback on the free 30 day weight loss meal plan that comes with the Ripped In 30 workout DVD. My vegetarians were pretty vocal. So, since the diet lives on I can update it anytime. We have been working on vegetarian recipe options all week and should have them up for you guys as an alternative next week!

I worked with an adorable woman the other day who gave me this recipe for a low sugar healthy dark chocolate! Enjoy! 4Tbs Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Heat in microwave for 30 sec until it goes from solid to liquid form. Add 4Tbs of dark cocoa powder to melted coconut oil. Mix well.
Then add 6 drops of English toffee flavored Stevia an…d a half packet of Sun crystals to taste. Put in fridge for about 30 minutes!

Smart Tip: The past doesn’t define you, your present does. It’s ok to create a vision of the future because it affects your behavior in the “now”. But, don’t dwell on past mistakes, learn from them and focus those lessons in the moment. That’s where change can really happen. Remember that transformation is a present activity.

Calling all parents. BPA is banned in some form in at least 8 states because of the potential health impact on children. Now California, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, South Dakota, Kentucky, Maine, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee & North Dakota, have been asked to join in. Urge your state’s lawmakers to stand up to chemical & infant-formula industries & ban BPA from kids’ food & drink containers.

‎1 more smart tip: Getting bored w/that same old exercise routine? Chances are you body is too. Time to switch things up if you want to continue seeing results. If you normally hop on the bike for your cardio, take a jog instead. Try step ups instead of lunges. Up the weight your using for those curls. Switch up weights, type of exercise & repetition. Small changes in your routine force the body to adapt & improve.
smart tip: Nobody is perfect, so get over the fear of being or doing everything perfectly. Besides perfect is boring. You’re perfect with all your imperfections. So today, instead of picking yourself apart in the mirror or with friends over drinks start seeing your “imperfections” as unique traits that give you character and dimension – because that’s exactly what they are.
